Program and Learning Innovation is proud to announce that Carleton University and the OCDSB are partnering to introduce a pilot project called SWAU: School Within A University.

On Wednesday, November 1, 2023, all OCDSB grade 9 students will be encouraged to participate in Take Our Kids to Work™ day

On Wednesday, November 1, 2023, all secondary school students in the OCDSB will have the opportunity to explore post-secondary pathways and career possibilities. Grade 9 students will be encouraged to participate in Take Our Kids to Work™ day while grades 10-12 students will be encouraged to participate in Launch 2023!, a one-day virtual pathways and career exploration conference.

Please join us at our Grade 7-12 Open House from 4:30pm-6:00pm this Thursday September 21 at 4:30pm. Our grade ⅞ team will be available by homeroom, and our grade 9-12 teams will be in subject areas, from 4:30-5:30pm.

Greetings to all SRB students, parents, guardians and caregivers: Welcome to our new families joining the SRB community, and a happy return to our existing families. My name is Matt Gagnier, proud principal of SRB! All students begin classes on Tuesday September 5, 2023. My apologies for the lengthy update; please read carefully for the sections that apply to you/your child. I would encourage you to discuss this e-mail with your child prior to their return to school.
